What is the warranty for your products?

ABC Pet/Ace Bayou warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of first consumer purchase. This warranty is enforceable only by the original consumer purchaser. All damaged or missing parts must be reported within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

This Limited Warranty covers most defects in material and workmanship in the product, but DOES NOT cover the following:

  1. Damage or deterioration resulting from:
    1. Acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
    2. Damage incurred during shipment (these claims must be presented to the freight carrier).
  2. Any product that has been modified or altered in anyway.
  3. Normal wear and/or use.
  4. Products sold "as is" or as a "close outs".

ABC Pet, ACE Bayou will repair or replace (at it's discretion) units covered by this warranty, without charge to the consumer for labor or materials. CONSUMER is responsible for initial shipping charges should unit need to be sent to ABC Pet. ABC Pet will pay the return shipping charges to any destination within the continental USA if repairs are covered by this warranty.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT as provided under this warranty is the EXCLUSIVE REMEDY of the CONSUMER. ABC Pet/Ace Bayou Corp shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages to person, property or animals for breach of any expressed or implied warranty on it's product.

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranties, including warranties of Merchantability and Fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the length of this warranty.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply in some states.
